Jonathan H. Rastegar
Jon’s practice includes all aspects of intellectual property litigation, specifically patent, trademark and copyright litigation. Jon has experience litigating and licensing a wide variety of technologies including telecommunications, geolocation software, RFID, solid state storage devices, video compression and display, VoIP, wireless networking, and electrical wiring. Prior to joining Bragalone Conroy PC, Jon was an associate with Nelson Bumgardner PC, and previously practiced law with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld. Prior to practicing law, Jon spent five years working as a software engineer for IBM.
