Terry Saad is an associate at Bragalone Conroy PC. Terry focuses his practice on patent litigation, post-grant patent proceedings, and general intellectual property matters. In his practice, Terry draws upon his years of experience working in the telecommunications and defense industries as an electrical engineer. Prior to joining Bragalone Conroy PC, Terry was an attorney with Baker & McKenzie in Dallas, Texas.
 
Terry Saad practices mainly in the area of intellectual property law with significant experience in patent litigation, patent prosecution, patent counseling, and general IP matters. While focused on all aspects of complex patent litigation, including technical analyses regarding infringement, validity, and enforceability of patents, claim construction, discovery and motion practice, and trial preparation and practice, Terry has worked in a wide variety of technologies including computer software, semiconductors, computer components and networks, telecommunications, medical devices, web applications, and financial systems. Prior to attending law school, Terry worked as an electrical engineer for six years in the wireless communications, and defense industries for companies including Motorola, Nortel, Raytheon, and L-3 Communications. This work spanned various technical fields including military aircraft surveillance systems, paging and cellular networks, and RF signal processing and propagation analysis.
