His recent litigation experience involves data transfer, television broadcast standards, mobile phones, software, and cable manufacture. Bill also has experience in trademark, copyright, and licensing matters. Bill was Counsel at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld prior to joining Bragalone Conroy PC.

In a recent patent litigation involving data transfer, Bill represented Lenovo against Negotiated Data Solutions, LLC. Prior to trial, the case resolved favorably for Bill's client.
In patent litigation involving smart phone technology, Bill represented several cellular phone manufacturers against Minerva Industries, Inc. As part of this matter, Bill prepared the largest inter partes
reexamination on file with the PTO at that time. As a result of that reexamination, the PTO cancelled every claim of the patents-in-suit. Prior to trial, the case resolved favorably for Bill's client.
In patent litigations between the manufacturers of electrical wire, Bill represented Encore Wire Corporation against Southwire Company. These cases were favorably stayed for Bill's client.
