Nicholas C. Kliewer
Nicholas C. Kliewer is an associate at Bragalone Conroy PC and a registered patent attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Nick concentrates his practice on patent litigation and post-grant review cases before the federal courts and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Nick has experience in litigation matters and advising clients regarding clearance and non-infringement opinions, intellectual property diligence, and general intellectual property matters.
Nick has also successfully prosecuted patents and handled appeals before the Patent Trials and Appeals Board in various technology areas, including electronics, medical devices, video and teleconferencing, software, and oilfield technology. In his patent law practice, Nick utilizes his years of experience working as an integrated circuit designer where Nick was the circuit designer and architect for various device designs including audio signal processors, digital audio equalizers, and automatic gain control devices. Prior to joining Bragalone Conroy PC, Nick was an associate with Wong, Cabello, Lutsch, Rutherford, & Brucculeri LLP in Houston, Texas.
