Whittney L. Lyon
Whittney Lyon is a Litigation Case Manager at Bragalone Conroy PC. Whittney has over 25 years of trial, arbitration and mediation experience, with extensive experience in intellectual property and complex commercial litigation. She has often participated as the lead paralegal preparing for and attending trials in federal and state courts. Whittney also has experience with cases filed with the ITC, MDL venues and appeals filed in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Under the ultimate direction and supervision of licensed attorneys at Bragalone Conroy PC, Whittney performs a variety of substantive legal work including managing all aspects of e-discovery, including document collection, review and production and database management. Whittney has experience managing paralegals, case assistants, researchers, and technical advisors. Prior to joining Bragalone Conroy PC, Whittney was the Director of Litigation Support with Farney Daniels, P.C. in Dallas, Texas.
