Brandon is an associate attorney at Bragalone Olejko Saad PC and focuses his practice on intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets and copyrights. 

 With an engineering degree from Rice University, a law degree from Boston University, three years of engineering work experience in Houston, and over six years of legal experience in Dallas, Mr. Zuniga’s overlapping legal skills and technical aptitude hit a sweet spot for many clients. He has worked on over 400 patent-related matters, combining vocational experience with formal education and applying both to a wide range of technical experience relating to chemical engineering, software, electrical engineering, electricity, magnetism, circuits, mechanical engineering, robotics, consumer products, household appliances, medicine, physical therapy and dentistry. At a young age, Brandon’s father, who was a programmer, introduced him to the computer, software and programming industry. Brandon continued to develop his knowledge and abilities by taking programming-related classes in high school and in college. Later, his skills were further developed by working as a process engineer. Due to his real-world engineering experience at the second largest engineering and construction company in the United States, Brandon has an enhanced ability to understand and protect a client’s intellectual property. He designed processes for multi-billion dollar projects and some of the world’s largest oil and gas companies, including ExxonMobil, SABIC, KNPC, BP, Valero and Eastman Chemicals. His experience with chemical engineering, mechanical engineering and control systems is remarkably vast.  

Brandon is also multilingual with being able to read, write, and speak both English and Spanish while also being familiar with French and German.
